WHEN FEMALES HOSTS GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR ITS 7TH COHORT
Lusaka, Zambia, When Females Lead on the 14th of April hosted a graduation ceremony for Cohort 7 of our MentorHer program under the Mentorship and Guidance Pillar. The graduation was held after 50 mentees completed an intense three months structured program that focuses on ensuring that mentees develop a clear understanding of their WHY, purpose, vision, and goal as well as establish networks and sustainable relationships with Industry Leaders and Peers.
The graduation ceremony featured speakers such as Ms. Mizinga Melu, WFL Founder Ms. Diana Mukali Tavaris, WFL Scholarships Director, Ms. Mildred Mutesa, Managing Director Zambia National Building Society and Ms. Lyapa Mbewe, Chief Executive Officer & Co- Managing Partner at Money Acumen Advisory, who was the guest of honor
